Complete Home Renovation
We have worked on the complete renovation of two houses in Tossa de Mar, each measuring 200m², including the reconstruction of terraces, the complete replacement of windows, the supply and installation of flooring, as well as exterior work.
Complete Renovation and Expansion of a Farmhouse in Costa Brava
A historic farmhouse has been restored and extended from 300m² to 700m², doubling the size of the farmhouse over two floors whilst preserving its original essence through a comprehensive reconstruction project that included maintenance, electrical, lighting, window and door replacement, structural work and façade renovation.
Demolition and Structural Reinforcement
We have carried out a project to cut and reinforce the structure between floors for the installation of an escalator. A 4,5m x 10m gap was opened and the beams were reinforced with repair mortar to ensure the stability and safety of the whole.
Renovation of a Store
We have carried out a complete renovation of a two-storey 800 m² store, making it accessible for the disabled by completely changing the layout and relocating the walls.
Full Apartment Renovation

Complete Restaurant Renovation
We are carrying out a comprehensive renovation project, transforming a two-story 400m2 restaurant in Tossa de Mar. This includes deepening the first floor by 70 cm; reinforcing all structural pillars, doubling the size of the windows, completing a total overhaul of the roof, renewing the plumbing and slab installations and carrying out finishing work.
Comprehensive renovation of a hotel
We carried out the complete renovation of an 800m² hotel, including the renovation of the plumbing, work in the kitchen, renovation of the façade, execution of demolitions, management and cleaning of the ruin, replacement of stairs and change of structural walls.
